My ph is 8+. I add a teaspoon almost weekly. Am I damaging my spa at 8+?

When pH gets away from neutral, much below 7 or above 8 you may be impacting the life of your spa components and also reducing the effectiveness of your sanitizer.

Test your fill water once and test your spa water often. Running the jets with air can drive up your ph. Monitor pH often and keep it in the 7.2 to 7.8 range.
