Thoroseal question

Question about the thoroseal for the negative edge spa walls, The tile guy put it on the entire outside wall of the spa, and only to the bottom of the tile line on the inside of the spa? Shouldn't the entire wall inside the spa be coated, not just to the bottom of the tile? Is there any issue with the pebble going over the thoroseal?

The pebble is fine over the Thoroseal. Your installer probably didn't do it the way that you thought because the plaster/ pebble surface is supposed to be water tight.

To truly be effective the Thoroseal would need to be applied to the entire spa.

I may be mistaken but I don't think Thoroseal is rated for the negative side of a negative edge water feature.
