DE Filter troubleshooting

I have a Pentair DE filter for my 10K pool with pebble finish. We drained the pool and pressure washed it and added new DE. We have a IntelliFlow VF pump and when I have the pump on quick clean I get lots of DE coming out the returns. I have vacuumed the bottom and sides to get the DE back in the filter. I have done this about 4 times over a week but I am still getting clouds of DE when the pump is on a high speed

The pool is 3 years old and I have never had this problem when I clean the fins and put back together. Not sure if I put it back together wrong, there is a hole in one of the fins or???? Any suggestions or help... please!

Either the grid array is not seated and sealed correctly of one of the grids has a hole in the fabric somewhere. You’ve got to disassemble it all and carefully inspect it.

Probably a hole in the grids or a cracked manifold.

The pump is super strong, you should probably limit the rpm to a maximum of 2700 rpm.
