I was a little lazy and let some leaves sit in the bottom of my gunite pool for a while. Now that I've gotten them out the pool is stained pretty badly from where the leaves were. What's the best way to remedy this?

Stains from leaves are of an organic nature. Increasing your FC level slightly normal than usual based on your current CYA should help them go away. Welcome, and agreed about not worrying. With good and or increased FC levels, they should fade away in a fairly short time.
