Loop-loc spring connectors

Just a quick question about removing/storing the loop-loc cover. Does anyone leave the spring connectors attached to the cover straps when storing for the summer?

Yep, I fan-fold the cover when removing (like they recommend) and let it dry a couple of days, then roll it up (springs and all) and put it in the storage bag for the season...Don't you love that they give you a big enough bag to put it in?
