Pool store test...lol

Went to pool store today for case of MA so decided to take sample water with me to get a laugh. A month ago they said my CYA was 90. Today they say its 45. How can it go from 90 to 45 without partial drain and refill, haha
They said my PH was 8.0. I checked before going to store and it was 7.5.
Watching them do drop test is more like a squirt test...lol
This is why you should only trust your test and not pool store with good test kit like TF100

My numbers:

CC 0.5
PH 7.5
TA 90
CH 275
CYA 40
BORATE 40
water temp 90 degrees
water crystal clear

They would probably tell you it's because you have Borates in your water and you should NEVER use household bleach with borates in your pool. But, we have just what you need to correct that
