    Manual pool cover hard to close

    We have a deck-mounted manual pool cover that has become almost impossible to close. We have lubricated the reel mechanism and handle and the tension doesn't seem to be there, as it's not too hard to open. It seems to be something about the little pieces where the cover feeds onto the track...
