Was pumping to waste to remove a few inches after heavy rain. Wife asked me a question. I couldn't hear so walked ~75ft to where she was. Then got distracted and went back to my office. Hour or so later looked out at the pool and the water was below the skimmer and the pump was running dry... :oops:

I did have the skin on but I had the temp @ 400F recommended by Chef Greg. They were very crispy and great tasting. I saw other postings where people experienced the rubbery skin at lower temps. I think over at amazingribs Meathead recommends 325 for poultry on the smoker.

Very good advice. And you MUST let that dog swim. We built our pool FOR the Goldens! Swimming is some of the best exercise you can give them. Don't worry about the liner trim the nails. And also a crate is Not an off / on switch for their potty needs when they are that young. See potty...
