Opened pool got it crystal clear. Tested water was low on cya added stabilizer. Last few days green spots showing up in different parts of pool. I have attached results of test done today. Any suggestions please help!!!!

I agree I did cya granules last year. I was wondering about the hardness plus easing the calcium levels if it is ok to swim with that being added

Also these are the chemicals they told me to buy and add all of it to pool, should I add or return for $$ back?

Ok so I tested my levels this morning and here are the results. Should I be adding the chemicals the pool store said to address issues 3 and 5? And I know fc is high because I added shock two days ago.

And I added salt based on my swg recommendation I was just worried about adding 65lbs of chemicals that I might not need and the phosphate thing seemed a little off to me as well as I have never needed or added that last year

I am going to add some more stabilizer and will test it again tonight. Is there a way to order just certain reagents for the Taylor k-2006 kit or do I have to order whole new kit?

Also from the test kit I filled up the vial all the way and could still see the dot so not really sure what it is, the water is a little cloudy but it definitely is not at 30

Also added almost 3 pounds of dry stabilizer yesterday by sock method all dissolved and is still very low

Just tested again and fc was 9. In two hours lost .5 fc

When you say add you mean the liquid bleach right? And can the pool be used during this time? Is it safe for kids?

Ok so ph is down to 7.2, socks are soaking and bleach has been added. Any further advice/actions need to be taken?
