    Imagine Illusion 40 Complete 10/19/21

Casey, I have spent the past couple hours reading this entire thread. All 46 pages. I just couldn't stop reading. You are amazing. I remember seeing you on here several years ago when I was devouring everything I could while we were building. I came back this week to look at spa threads. Saw...

    Calling all Bullfrog Spa Owners

We bought an A7L in 2015. We went and wet tested several different ones in the showroom that day. The Bullfrog was the last thing we tested and all I remembered. Bought it on the spot. Well, ordered it. Our spa sits on a level concrete slab poured specifically for the spa. Full sun all day...

Install Pool with Hot Tub or no Hot Tub

We went the standalone route to save money. Plus we built a vinyl liner pool and I just didn’t like how the “spillover” spa was going to look. We bought a Bullfrog spa and love it. Going on year 4 and use it frequently still. I did find out later that Bullfrog can also do their jet packs for...

    New Pool Help!

On the TA test - are you adding reagent #0007 - 2 drops first before you add the green drops? I have no idea why the water would be turning pink instead of green first...is your pH still 6?

    New Pool Help!

Eek! I think you did the right thing to start with adding chlorine. But I would also be concerned about the pH. However, I don't know what that means when the TA test doesn't turn green. Hopefully the experts will be along soon to get you going in the right direction.

How to clear a green pool first time pool owner pls help

You will run a complete set of tests and then use the CYA/FC chart. The link to that chart is in post #15 here in your thread. One of the best things you can do while you wait on your test kit is read pool school. The link for that is on the top of this site.

How to clear a green pool first time pool owner pls help

No way would I add the powder shock. It will add extra "stuff" to your pool that it may not need. And this is probably not going to be a "fast" process. Be patient and wait for the test kit to arrive so you know exactly what your pool needs. Add only liquid chlorine and brush, brush, brush...

    Finally happened, help

So I have a dumb question...if you regularly run the robot do you still need to brush?

Has my Bullfrog CROAKED?? Photos attached

Heard back from our salesman today - Bullfrog is replacing our spa. He apologized - his sales rep actually had the replacement approved from the warranty department within 48 hours of seeing the photos I sent - but our salesman forgot to let us know that. Couldn't be happier about the results!

Pool Restoration - A labor of Love

Best. Dad. Ever. Seriously. Make those memories! That's my one pool regret - that we didn't do the project when our son was younger. He will definitely jump in when friends are over, but I have to nag a little when it's just us. His little sisters on the other hand are little fish! Happy...

    Clear GREEN water

I've been thinking about where the metals have come from. I'm going to the pool store today to have 3 samples tested. One from the pool, one from the hose, and then one from the hose WITH my metal trap pre-filter. Will be very interesting (I hope) to see what the results are. We live back about...

    Clear GREEN water

What a difference a day makes! The pool definitely looks a little better this morning. But what surprised me most is that the hair nets that I keep in my skimmer baskets have caught a lot of the iron! (I think.) Here's what the hair net looked like just now when I changed it out, and how the...
