Is running it at 100% what you’re saying will kill it or running it at all with FC levels high during a SLAM? I’m thinking I’ll take I’ll the help I can get raising the FC and keeping it high. Nighttime with no sun burn off could be good way to push it higher.

I’m leaving on vacation tomorrow and have started a SLAM but am beginning to realize it won’t finish before I leave. Any professionals out there that follow TFP method that I can hire to come help?

Thanks. That was overnight testing at 1045pm after sunset and then before the sun came up. The sun will also eat more everyday and it’s been tough to understand how much given the SLAM process. I usually keep my SWG around 35-40% to maintain with no problems.

Equipment includes 2 pentair VSP pumps, pentair gas heater, pentair heat pump/ reversable cooler, IC-60 SWG, and CCP520 filter that was just cleaned last week.

Does the logic only look at air temperature? I figured it would be some combination of air temperature as well as water temperature to kick on freeze protection?

Sounds like we’re in the same boat, @Mr. Mike . I logged in to Intellicenter through a web browser and found the setting that allows you to turn off the pump while valves move. I checked the box and will have to watch it closely during the next freeze.
