Fairly confident that I have a liner leak. I haven’t been able to find it though, even with using red dye. Should I bite the bullet and get a new liner or keep trying to find the leak?

Just getting around to preparing to open my pool and saw there is a liquid chlorine shortage. How is everyone handling this? I've only used liquid chlorine for the past 3 years and I'd rather not switch to pucks or granular chlorine now...but may have to if I can't find affordable liquid chlorine.

I bought a new skimmer this year. I don’t think the aquadoor fits. So should I lower the water below the skimmer, or find a proper fitting aquador? Thanks.

Closing my ag pool soon. It seems as though my return is very low on the side of the pool. Lowering the water to 6" below my lowest opening requires me to drain a lot of water. As a result, the cover ends up very low in the pool...and loose when it gets windy. Can I get away with draining below...

Any idea how to clean the sealant off of the fittings so that I can start over with a better product?

Had a slow leak with teflon tape. Found Rectorseal No. 5 at Lowes and used it to seal all my threaded connections. Of course, when I was done, I saw the fine print (not recommended for use with chlorine). Should I take everything apart, clean it, and apply a different product?

I am testing regularly...although I don't always enter my info in pool math. I will make it a point to record my info daily.

I really don't smell a strong chlorine odor.
