I filed a claim with Asuiron on my Betta2 They refunded and I did not have to send it back I then bought the SE with another warranty

I would get the Asurion warranty If / when you need a repair they are more likely to give you a full refund and then you can rebuy the newest model out Going this route will cost you around $50 for cost of warranty Getting it thru them you will be sending the unit in for repairs

I had the betta 2 version, Assurion warranty paid me in full when it quit working and rebought the SE version this year with the Assurion warranty again

Have had mine for a few years and no problems with it I do have it installed with the bubble on the cell facing down If it’s facing up I get check cell when running at low speeds For my pool I have it set at 55% and runs about 8 hours a day
