checked last evening - the s1 sent to me has no wifi/bluetooth

So I complained about the charger getting hot....they are shipping me a new charger to try out....

so I complained saying the charger was getting super hot when charging the scuba s1...their reply is to send me an updated seagull pro....I refused that....told them they should have offered a scuba pro to the people who had been hit with the recall....

same here....got here pretty quick PS: the charger was pretty hot yesterday when I removed it from charging....will be contacting them

received the replacement Scuba S1...it weighs much less than the Seagull Pro - also feels much smaller...the basket is a pain to clean out (at least for me)...and to pull it out of the water is another PIA....have already scratched the top trying to get it out...I just felt the Seagull Pro felt...

Its fine - in Jul of 2023 had to go back and forth with refurbpoolbot - they asked me to ship it to a repair center - since it was in the 90 day period they gave me a shipping label (otherwise would have been costly)....for 2 weeks did not hear anything - repair center number never answered...

I do like it....however I use it only once a week when I need heavy duty cleaning - I also have the Aiper Seagull Pro which I use more frequently due to ease of use (no cord...but does not pick up fine dirt)....curious to where you purchased it from - the refurbpoolbots that I bought seems to...

Do you think they will release a finer filter?

Did you put this material only on one side of the filter?

Have had the Seagull Pro for over 3 months - have had no issues (yet).....yes I would like a fine filter and hope Aiper reads this thread and comes up with one. Love the fact that it is cordless. I hope I do not run into issues. (fingers crossed)

Have had the Seagull Pro for a few months - today when I went to charge it I noticed the wheels - attached pic - is this normal - also when I touched the wheels - I could feel small bits of rubber coming off....any thoughts?

Thank you for responding - the robot is about 2 months old....I had checked underneath...nothing was under it...no hair....sent to a authorized service center 20 days back...have not heard anything from them....has been a nightmare with this robot (the first one had issues which they replaced)

I cancelled mine too after buying a handheld Aiper robot....had a hard time reaching customer service and even harder time understanding them (think they are in HK or China). Plus like jaguar said - I read the only review and decided better to wait and see other reviews before ordering it
