I am starting to see some hairline cracks in the grout lines in-between the travertine coping. I have a brick paver deck. Pool just recently built. Anyone know why or have this happen with their coping grout lines. Thanks!!

It’s been a long 6 mos, including uninvited Irma but we are almost to the finish line. Have a punch list of items left but finally able to enjoy the sunset last night in Central Florida. The jandy VS pump is whisper soft, a nice surprise.

Our PB just dropped off the bags of interior along with the bags of abalone. I was shocked to see it was only 5lb bags of abalone, seems so little for what we paid for ($125 per bag). Anyone else have the same or different experience with the abalone?

Has anyone seen this done? Does the PB actually toss by hand or do they use some sort of hand seeder machine?

Tile is being installed today but it seems like the return in the deep end was installed too high as the tile will need to be notched around it. Also, I am worried about water circulation at that height. The return in the shallow end is much lower. Thoughts?

Our pool just had the gunite done today however I don’t see a hole for the overflow line. I see the holes for the return jets. Did they forget to add or does it come at a later time?

Our deck/screen is suppose to end at our pool door. However, the PB never took into consideration the swing so if we open our pool door all the way open, it would hit the screen. They want us to pay for the extra few inches of deck/screen but I think they are the pros and should have informed...

We are at the very early stages of getting a geometric pool. The deck will be brick pavers but we would like to do the coping in straight edge travertine. What is the best size to do the coping in? And which way do you lay it? Our PB suggested 8x16. TIA!
