A co worker's neighbor is a pool guy who uses absolutely no acid for his pools. Constant super chlorination and no acid. Is that a thing? I mean, would any reputable pool tech chem like this? What must that be doing to a pool's surface? thanks

doing the TA test counting drops to red....which red.... first there is not green but not red. i can pretty much rule this one out. next drop then there is red. next drop then there is red you don't want to look at because it is so bright you are worried you might somehow ruin your eyesight. thanks

Master Temp heater says 100-140 for TA. Pool Math says 50-90 for TA. ? thanks

I just happened to be cleaning my pool when pump turned off for the day. I just added acid so when i went to turn the system back on i heard water gurgling in the plumbing and pump basket was full of DE. :( Ideas? thanks

I poured straight acid into my salt cell to clean it. I then poured the acid into a bucket. Can I 're-use' this acid for lowering my pH? :D thanks
