Jandy Aquapure Salt Production 00% - NEW Jandy chlorinator

I might be wrong on the Aqualink 3.0. The app did just get a major update. My SWG has not been powered on since before the upgrade so the app (and my Aqualink) would not be aware of my SWG. When I turn it on who knows it might magically appear on the app.

Same here. SWCG works fine from the web link just doesn’t show on the Home Screen of the app.
On the App home screen i see only Air temp, Pool Temp and Spa temp. How does one add SWC %?

Yeah it would sure be less annoying to skip the web interface for % chlorine level. Could this be an Android vs iOS (or even Chrome OS) mismatch? There's no good reason to assume these are feature identical.

Did we get the original problem resolved? Reading from the start, I'm not convinced OP ever fully cycled power. My Aqualink RS panel never goes down unless I turn off the upstream breaker in the house's panel. The only picture shown here is of equipment breakers.

To get a full reset, all the lights on the AquaLink panel need to go out. Look at Auto/Service/Timeout to be sure. All must be dark.

OP said the problem was solved (see below). Maybe I'll start a separate thread about SWC control from the app vs Web interface.

"Solved it!!

It was a setting issue. Pump is connected to an Aux. Pump setting Application was on “Filtration” - switched to “Aux Pump”, error went away and working fine

Thank you everyone for all your suggestions!!"

Not wanting to hijack but how do I get my Aquapure function to show up here?

Dang, I want to know now too! I see mine in web view, but not in the normal app screens.

I emailed Aqualink support and they finally replied. The SWG setting on the main screen requires Aqualink Revision Y which is the latest I believe. Since Jandy can't do simple firmware updates, that would mean replacing the physical board at I assume an absurdly high cost for a relatively simple addition.

@EliaZinn Can you confirm you have revision Y? Can find it in the web interface in the "help" section

I ask because this thread started with replacing a PLC1400 cell which would generally mean your pool is more than a few years old. In the Wiki revision Y has an unknown date, but would presumably be after Rev W which is listed as 2022. Unless you updated the main board very recently, the dates don't seem to line up.

Thanks for looking into this! I have Rev W and my equipment was installed Fall 2023 for a reference point. It seems that pool automation is stuck in the late 1980’s. 😂

This is because there is a disconnect between equipment makers and consumers; The pool builder.
