Since you have an IntelliFlo VS pump and a SWCG, I would suggest that you run the pump 24/7 at whatever speed turns on your salt cell plus 100 RPM just to make sure.
This allows you to generate a little chlorine all the time and to skim all the time. You ramp up your speed to run your IFCS for an hour or two a day, or for whatever it takes to make the IFCS work well for you.
I run 24/7 and it costs me less than $20 bucks a month.
The speed requirements will be different depending on if you use one pump for everything including the in floor cleaner or a separate booster pump for the floor cleaner
