? They has cheezeburgers and fries, what kid doesn’t like that? Oh, and frozen custard. (Ice cream as far as they are concerned)

No wings, only the best chicken fingers you’ll ever slide down your food shoot! (Oh and crinkle cut fries too!)
Menu
My new favorite chicken fingers are from chicken guy down Disney springs. Tons of sauces too.

We have a Culver's nearby but no one ever wants to go there....I'll have to have a lonely lunch there someday (now that ALL the kids are in school). And yes, I actually prefer Manhattan Clam Chowder to New England Clam Chowda' :)

They did just open a new Raising Cain's restaurant...I want to go there too as I've heard they make good wings.
I got your back on the clam chowder!

How did u do the corn? Oil it? How long? Looks good man!
Spray butter on corn, season with salt and pepper and a little sprinkle of cayenne pepper, place in air fryer for 15 mins, turn and set timer for another 10 mins, check till done to your liking

Yes, but they still had the beer aftertaste, so I stayed a wine cooler girl. ☺

Everyone here is seriously making me rethink the whole "leave the grilling to the husband" thing. I just might have to figure some of this out, because your meals look awesome! ?
All trial and error, it is fun cooking and getting tips from all here

BTW you might be asking why egg whites. When I make fresh bernaise sauce it only requires yolks and so I save the whites to cook later. Nothing goes wasted in this house

What kinda smoker do you have Brent?
It is a Masterbuilt electric smoker and it has an app that I can connect to my ipad to control it. I can also see the temperature of the smoker plus the temperature of the meat. It comes with the internal meat probe. Bought it a couple of years ago and it has worked well so far

Tried something different for fajitas yesterday. I asked for suggestions on a skit steak alternative for fajitas, and got several great ideas. Settled on a beef tenderloin. It was on sale and the cheapest cut of beef other than a round roast. Any way, marinated in for a couple hours and they were awesome. Very tender and full of flavor.

I can't believe that the beef tenderloin was the cheapest cut of beef. I would stock up on that it is DW favorite cut

Well summer is over here. We go back to school Monday. I’m going to drink my sorrows away tonight. Made my cachaca. But pitcher style to save myself some work.

Waiting for my wife to finish up dinner. Chicken enchiladas. Then hopefully a nice fire in the new fireplace.
