Not sure what else to troubleshoot. Will inspect the wires to the 4 pin connector and trace to see if there is a break. Are there voltage checks I can do to see if the controller board is bad?

How did you purchase them and what was the cost?

I power cycled twice and reset the connector but have the same problem. The only problems have with the pda is reading the pool temp and setting the swg%. I wonder if the problem is related to the same cause.
