Yeah I need something , this morning about 5 little piles within the pool shallow end. Oddly seeing poop under stairs to the pool so it’s not a bat . Need to get a camera up, thinking Possum but apparently poop doesn’t break up in water. Any apps to use a phone (have an old android)...

Couple of pics I already cleaned the tiles on the pool - but there normally brown tar dried when I get to them. Pool difficult to see but has patches of what looks like dirt but I am guessing it’s poop As I normally get a few lately. If you leave too long it’s chlorine and scrub on the tiles...

Just started to get what looks like poop, dark splats on the tiles. In the pool, looks like bits of dirt in a few places. Initially thought it was gutter mud from birds , but includes my deck now so it’s an animal of sorts. Maybe Bats ?? have upped my chlorine and brushed - can’t work out...

@AUSpool thanks PH has usually been in the 7.2-7.6 dropping in acid each week to balance as per shop. Seeing the light coming to TFP forum now watching and checking, I believe swg do increase PH so that’s ok I can deal with the small increase. Was more FC loss in a week , but hey like you say...

Interesting I purposely set my SWG to 4ppm each day I started the week with 10 FC (added chlorine) - just measured today it’s only 3FC about a week. Pool is 28 degrees apparently - it’s rained a little an not many people in the pool this week. Thinking output isn’t hitting the Mark ? is there...

Hi just wanted some knowledge of how to prepare a pool for winter. Assuming will be pretty much the same as is, maybe reduction in FC ? Appreciate in Brissy we have until maybe May but thought I’d ask whilst learning the ropes.

Interesting - if I can get a reliable read on ph as it’s so subjective to colour match it can 7.2 or 7.6 on my CCL - doesn’t help being red green deficient anyway. I might have to take Borates route to get some stability.
