Hi, I have some growth on the tiles under and around where the water feature is. It appears to be some type of calcium buildup. I’ve tried scrubbing with a little acid but didn’t seem to remove much. Any idea what this is and how I can get rid of it? Thanks!

Hello, I’ve started noticing some stains along the walls and stairs of the pool. At first I thought it was pollen. Hard scrubbing doesn’t seem to remove anything. Adding chlorine did help a little but didn’t completely remove it. Any idea what this could be and how it can be cleaned? Thanks!

This has been resolved. After inspecting the glass cover and o-ring in the filter basket 3 times, I thought I’d try it once more and secure the top a different way. Thanks for the suggestion! I checked the o-ring on the glass top of the filter basket; however, that seems to be OK from what I can tell. That said, there are definitely bubbles in that basket. (See video here) Any additional thoughts?
