I did 2 tests at 2 different times and it's show the same (at Leslie pool supply ) When it start to show salt level too low I add some salt And its still show salt level too low so I take the water to check and it was actually too high

Out of the box solution If the pool handle is bonded (that what i understand from some comments) Sooo... maybe i will dig 1 inch at the concret from the pool metal handle to the closest ground and connect a copper wire to the not that hold the handle and to run that wire under ground wire...

Update, i talk with 2 pool guys that been reccomended by my friends Both com up with there idea of bonding wire, 1 told me that its easy fix, just to connect it to the panel... i dont think that he really know how to fix it!?!?!?! The 2nd one told me that we need to connectvall the aquepment...
