Circupool "low temp" and "flow lights" both red, no chlorine generated

SWG stopped working. Both "low temp" and "flow" lights are red. Temp is 83, flow is high. Disassembled cell; everything looks fine. Disassembled flow switch, everything also looks fine. Opened panel box and found some water in the bottom of the box; dried it. Nothing has helped. Any ideas?

Intermittent "flow" light issues - RESOLVED

Fix emailed to us by Circupool. We didn't have the jumper in the picture, so we just used a standard wire.

Intermittent "flow" light issues - RESOLVED

RESOLVED... Finally gave up and called Circupool's customer service. They knew all about the issue and emailed us directions to add a jumper wire to the box. Solved the problem instantly.

Hayward single speed. I don't know the model but it's pushing a ton of water.

Intermittent "flow" light issues - RESOLVED

Installed new Circupool SJ-20 this season and can't get it going right. The "flow" light turns from green to red every few minutes, stopping the chlorine generation, then turns green a few minutes later. I've checked the electrical connections and they all appear to be fine. I've opened up the...

What IS this stuff? Algae, pollen, dead algae??

No hidden places for algae. Molded walk-in white steps... they're clean.

What IS this stuff? Algae, pollen, dead algae??

Just eyeballing it with the scale on the side of the tube. You know, the one where you add the water/reagent mix until you can't see the black dot anymore? It's just under 50.

What IS this stuff? Algae, pollen, dead algae??

I need help determining what I'm dealing with. I have a greenish/yellowish substance collecting at the bottom of my pool (not the walls) in considerable quantities. I've been reading all the threads on mustard algae and pollen, so I know it doesn't sound like mustard algae - no difference in the...

    Bleach shortage

Does that mean I can't use cal-hypo tabs in a pool that I also use liquid bleach in? Or am I getting confused about trichlor?

    Bleach shortage

I should add, my pool store sells chlorine pucks WITHOUT stabilizer added. I didn't know there was such a thing. My husband bought a small bucket, but I'm really not sure about those... good idea?

    Bleach shortage

I'm wondering what happens when New York State closes non-essential businesses, shortly before I want to open my pool. I bought about 25 gallons of 10% bleach at the pool store (which yes, I know degrades quickly depending on storage temperature) but I'm really wondering if I should buy some...

Small particles not being filtered by sand filter

I'll add, he also saw the bottles of bleach on my porch and told me that's why my pool was cloudy. Because I was using the wrong kind of bleach!! I needed the one from the pool store!! You can see why it wouldn't surprise me if he was wrong about the filter.

Small particles not being filtered by sand filter

When we opened the pool this year, we had a lot of algae. SLAMed it, then had a bunch of dead algae at the bottom. When I'd vacuum it up, you'd see a cloud coming out of the returns. Figured something was broken inside my sand filter, so I had the service tech come out. He took everything apart...

Something's wrong... possible broken lateral... what should I do first?

Opened the pool and having some issues. 1) Water won't clear up - very cloudy after a week and a half or two weeks despite SLAM. 2) Still debris on the bottom. Left hubby in charge last week while I was out of town, so I thought he just didn't vac enough. Did it tonight and there's yuck...
