Lost Connection to both pumps

I finally got the pool contract that pentair wanted to see where all the pool equipment was part of the build so they covered me for 3 years. Sending a tech out next week so if its a board it should be good.
 
Glad you got this solved. Pentair is very good about taking care of clients if it falls within their purview and will not deflect or lament the repair like insurers do.
Any anecdotal challenge with coverage begins only where a user presumes liability where it doesn't exist, or if there is infidelity within the claim.

Just to be clear... I assume the board that was replaced with the main card in the IntelliCenter, is that correct??

@Jimrahbe I wasnt home when he did the repair but that is what I assume happened. The tech told me the board was bad and the RS comm link which talks to the pumps was bad. I did not get anykind of warranty receipt, is that something they should send me?

No, clients wont receive anything if it's parts. We will leave you with the new serial # if it's a whole good, but that's it.
