How to fix separating from top at seams?

I had to take down my pool several months ago to level the ground. Now that I’ve got it set up, I hear the separation of the vinyl at the threading, can this get fixed? If so, how?

You have a very large bag of water with a rip in it. It needs to come down immediately or that water will come rushing out at the most inconvienent time of it's choosing risking damage to anything or anyone nearby.

I concur with @Newdude that is a safety hazard, something can get damaged, and god forbid some ONE can get hurt. It needs to come down.

It's scary that you can hear it tearing. That won't last long.

your pool is at the end of its life. if there isn't a risk of personal or property damage, I might try flex tape since it is a horizontal rip as opposed to vertical and it is at the top, not down low. but I am kind of crazy and apparently my yard is capable of absorbing a lot of water.
