I have ready many of the threads on TFP but believe I need to go back to the basics. My pool contractor and service provider is Awol when I try to get operating information. I would like to set up the pump and heater to run efficiently but also be able to run the waterfall from 9AM-10PM. I can’t even figure out what speed the pump is currently set at. Is there good resource / tutorial on how to use the Jandy VS pump and heater? This is what I can see on the iAquaLink app:

Does the pump run from 8:25am to 9pm?
Based on the above screen shots you do not have any pump scheduled via automation.
Do you have a wire from the pump to the AquaLink control box? It is called a RS485 cable and it will look like 1 wire but have 4 wires inside the sheath. This is what controls your ePump via automation.
Show a picture of your pump and there should be electrical conduit to power the pump and a separate wire to the automation for control.

Right now it’s scheduled to run 8:25 to 9 and I can it change to whatever stop/start time I choose. That’s all I know how to do. I do see a conduit running from the pump to the control box but I don’t know how many wires are in it.

Thanks for the information. Does your pump have a pre-assigned pump address? This would be on the side of the pump by the model number.

It appears the FloPro pump connects differently to AquaLink then does a Jandy ePump.
Asking @PoolGate or @generessler that may have more experience with the FloPro pump and iAquaLink.

That's odd. Can you go through and add the pump like the below and see what happens?

Also - know that the running a water feature all day, every day, will cause pH challenges. It's wisest to only run water features for a short time each day (to cycle sanitized water) and then use them when you're outside to enjoy them only.

FloPro is the epump. Mine says FloPro on the side too.
I hope the OP can follow the set up for the Jandy pump Starting on the screen you shown. it is weird that the OP has a schedule for a pump but the pump is not set up in the VSP setting screen.

The pump can be scheduled without being a VSP. It just sees it as a single speed from the scheduler perspective.

As confirmed by @PoolGate , your pump is scheduled to be turned off and on by the schedule. You have lost all advantage of a VS pump.
You need to go to menu then System Setup then select the icon in top left called VSP Setup. Then select your pump as epump and application is Filtration. Then select Speed Setup . There will be labels for the various speeds. You can change the speed of any given label. Then you can schedule that speed (based on the label name). The first label should default to the name POOL. The speed set for this label should be lowest speed you want to the system to run at but high enough to activate a SWCG. Usually 1700 rpm is good for most pools but some can go lower.
Let us know how this goes.
This assumes the RS485 cable that is connected to The pump is also connected to the PCB in the automation.

OK you should have the below screen now. (VSP1 Spd Adj)
You should also be able to scheduled a specific speed.

When you were on the VSP Speed Setup screen (which is last step of setup) - did you hit SAVE?
On your Menu screen - hit the Schedule icon and see if you can set up a new schedule for a pump speed.
I am not sure what you imply when you say “It reverted back to the same screen..”. What do you mean by that. Once all is saved it should be similar screen.
All your screens look OK. But I think we need to work on your schedule screen.
You can also go to Customize Home Screen to select what Icons show on that screen.

I’ve had to step away for a couple of days so now I don’t remember what I meant by “It reverted back to the same screen..”. However, I think I made some progress today. It looks like I was able to schedule two run times. Now I have to figure out how to set the speeds as well as the optimal schedule and thier associated speeds.
