this ok?

I'm with PoolStored - I think you should keep going on SLAM. The ladder rung still under water isn't clear. I know phone cameras cause issues, but clear means CLEAR!
shoot clear to me means i can see bottom drain haha im sitting at 8 tc 0 cc ph of 7.5 alk of 100 and cya of 20 and overnight loss was nothing .. not sure how much more slamming i can do haha

my liner is almost white and the absolute bottom is pure white plus i'm a horrible photographer but as long as its as clear as i can get it i'll keep it maintained

The issue is - if that's dead algae cells that just need filtering, ok. If any of those suckers are alive, and you stop SLAM, you just need one instance where FC falls below minimum and growth will restart. I just don't want you to give up too soon, as you're very close!

My pool isn't perfect - but here's what you want to see. That robot is under 3.5 feet of water.

One day better!!!
so question my FC is 9.5 CC is 0 FC loss is less than 1 and my CYA is 30 but in am after filtering over night im still dropping algea smaller amounts everyday which i run vac every morning to clean up . do you continue slam untill there is no signs of algea after overnight filtering and then let it drop to 5 and maintain?

You are done with SLAM when:
CC is 0.5 or lower
AND you pass an OCLT (i.e. overnight FC loss test shows a loss of 1.0 ppm or less)
AND pool water is crystal clear with no visible sign of algae (dead or alive) on floor and walls

is that visible signs of algea at that time or within a certain amount of time ? because of course algea will reoccur

cya is 30 and i'll keep it at 5 after i have an overnight if none dropped
I'd keep it at 6 or 7 until you figure out how much FC your pool needs per day...we are in the sunny season. My pool with swimmers and sun can consume up to 5FC. Make sure you account for your FC demand. Make sure it never gets to minimum.
