IAqualink turns off filter pump when pool heater reaches set point

Unless you have it scheduled it will most likely turn it off when the heater gets to its set point. I suggest something like the below schedule. When I call for heat, mine increases the heater to 3000 rpms (note the below speed setup screen) and then returns to "Pool" at 2000 rpms. Temp1 and Temp2 are keywords (along with Pool). Your keywords may be different if you have a different Aqualink version however.

@PoolGate Do you really your pump 23 hours and 55 minutes per day?

Agree with the above re: pump/heater. I run my pump 10 hours per day on the iAqualink schedule, if my heater is ON when the scheduled pump turn off time is reached it will continue running until the temp set point is reached and then turn the pump off since it's outside of it's programmed run time and the set point has been reached.

I do with my SWG set at 55%. This year I am considering running it shorter and the SWG on a higher percent setting. That or I may reduce it to 1200 RPMs.
