Hi there
This cover (link) is about 15 years old. For some reason it is severely damaged on one side only, the other side is in much better shape.
Does this type of cover need to be packed a certain way when removed? I don't remove rubber strap and bolts but I doubt it'd result in this type of damage
The only thing I can thing of - strong wind which usually comes from the damaged side.
I don't know how long it'll last since it get damaged every time I remove or put it back on, that's why there's so much gorilla tape on it (most on the inside, you don't see it on this video. some patches are almost sq ft).
is there a way to fix it? If so, how much would it cost? If not, what type of cover should I go with considering very strong wind I get?
I think mesh would probably last longer, but pumping water in the winter is not fun, don't know how people do it when it freezes.. I guess they lower water before snow storm??? Can tarp be put on mesh and secured somehow?
If the difference in price is significant and it lasts just as long or longer, I'd consider mesh.
dimensions are about 42x27
Thanks
