New Build in The Woodlands TX - Update: Landscaping!

Looking good. Where is that outside 65 inch screen going to be placed? In the main patio or the new shade pavilion?

I think I'll give my bank account a break before shopping for an outdoor TV. :)

The privacy wall of the shade pavilion is reinforced to support the weight of a flatscreen, so it will most likely go there.

Black Friday is a month away - bound to be great deals then. Good Luck. A neighbor has a plastic bed cover that he fit over his TV when not in use or expected bad weather. Just an idea for you to consider.

I see three scuppers above the bench. What is the length of the wall above the bench and the length of the scuppers?

For the center water feature, the height of the wall is 24" and is around 10 feet long. The center scupper is 18" and the flanking scuppers are 12".

Day two of plaster is complete. Filling with water today.

I checked the water meter before starting the fill to get total water volume and "checkpoint" water volumes (at the steps, etc.) in case I need a partial drain sometime in the future.

My dog wanted to check their work. :)

Because you have a free form pool , if you can put a tape measure (I have a wooden 4 ft ruler - not sure where I got that) and take measurements at incremental depths and note against your water meter. That provides you a good context of volume at different levels.
