TA 120 but everything else is good

Last couple of weeks TA has gone from 70 to 120
All I have used is Home Depot liquid chlorine
It s crystal clear
Should I be concerned ?

No concern, simply watch your pH and keep it below 7.9 with muratic acid applied in front of a return jet. Test your fill water for TA. This is probably why your TA rises.

Only way TA could go up that much is by adding baking soda or sodium carbonate. Or a lot of fill water with high TA.

It is not a problem. Just maintain the pH in the 7's.

I've had to add a couple of inches of water every other day between kids / evaporation / etc
Nothing but chlorine so far
