Just finished!

Had the final preps done Tuesday, plaster (Luna Quartz Martinique color) applies Wednesday, acid washed Thursday, and started filling.

Sat AM I started pump and added chemicals. Followed the plaster guys recommendations (forgot to mention, this was an owner build).

4 gallons of acid, two bottles of Jacks Magic magenta stuff, chlorine tabs in skimmers.

Tested water this AM (with TF100 kit). FC2, ph 6.8, TA 110,CH 300.
Any thoughts on numbers? Should I wait for higher ph to swim? Will it come down on its own or should I add borax?

pH recommended levels are btwn 7.2 and 7.8 so it needs to come up but with a new build there are guidelines you need to follow. One of the mods will be around to answer that question.
Your FC needs to be higher.
What is your CYA level? In sunny Florida the sun will burn off the chlorine faster than you can put it in.
Using "tabs" will increase your CYA but not fast enough to stop the sun. They also add acid and you don't want any more of that. Switching to liquid chlorine will get you started in getting the numbers in line.
Would you please fill out in your signature all the information about you pool and equipment? The mods will be able to help you easier than having you repeat that information multiple times.
I don't know anything about plaster pools, Jack's Magic but those that do know will get with you soon.

I wouldn't put chlorine tabs in the skimmer - the chlorine goes straight to your pool equipment without the benefit of dilution in the pool and does a number on any available metal parts!

I did add a signature; not sure why it’s not showing up.

Plaster guy said no liquid chlorine or salt for 30 days.
Jacks is a sequestrant.

This information says - no chlorine for 48 hours and brushing twice a day.
You need chlorine. Powders and pucks add more acid, drive your pH even lower and add CYA along with the chlorine. Liquid chlorine adds . . . chlorine. You need to get some in there 48 hours after the fill or you will have a green pool.
What is your CYA?
Test your water again, and post the new numbers.
