And dinner plate sized to boot !!!!! WooohooPeanut Butter Macadamia Nut Monster Cookie? Yes, Please!
Sorry this is my thread and I approve all Valentine postsUgh. Valentines Day. Makes me want to barf....
Can we ban all Valentines dinner posts?? It’s one of my most-disliked manufactured “holidays”. Hallmark and the chocolate industry conspired to create it. I heard today that Americans will spend something like $8 billion dollars in the next 36 hours on Valentines Day ... ?
Welcome to all chicks here, maybe us boys will learn something from you guysCan a chick join in to this boys club too? Oddly enough I came on to see if anyone used a RecTec grill.....but then saw the chicken cutlets mentioned.
I had just made some tonight myself! My breading station includes plain flour, then beaten eggs with a small splash of milk, finally in a mixture of seasoned(garlic powder, oregano, S&P) dry breadcrumbs with equal parts grated cheap Parmesan. Fried in olive oil. Yummy fast meal served with couscous and.salad dressed with EV olive oil/wine vinegar/S&P.
Back to the RecTec (made here in Augusta, GA)- what exactly *are* pellet grills? Can one use these pellets or charcoal interchangeably? The reason is while we have a large gas grill, with just me and Skippy home a small charcoal type grill will be a welcome addition. I miss the flavor and smells that charcoal provides but it just seems a lot of hassle for just a couple of burgers or a steak we share. I know they make small charcoal grills but not a small RecTec.
Any suggestions?
(oh yeah, the corn starch trick y'all recenly have discovered is common to Korean cooking. They often fry chicken in baking powder alone, or mixed with rice flour.)

REC TEC FEST This Weekend - Metro Spirit
“We figured a good way to have our fans and supporters be a part of it is to throw a big party.” Every week, REC TEC Grills welcomes people from…metrospirit.com
My husband and I are KCBS contest representatives and they cook a lot of our contests. We rep the Augusta contest on Memorial Day weekend. You'll have to come out and visit if you're in town that weekend. I'd love a chance to meet you.
The charcoal grill I posted earlier is a lot smaller but charcoal is going to take a little longer to settle down to an acceptable temperature.
Poor Newdude...thought I was *seriously* angry for this reply. No, buddy. Skippy does the exact same thing. Darn it.The joke to that fact was it would be spent entirely by dudes on their way home from work at 5pm today.

This one is not WiFi however is is suppost to be very quiet. I would assume for large family like yours you would need to cook in your bath tub ?Definitely post up some pics. Is that one WiFi enabled? A lot of them now have all kinds of wireless control options.
I decided against sous vide cooking as it‘s not very efficient for big families like mine. I would need a huge water bath to cook the size meals I need (4 kids + 3 adults). However, if it were just me and my wife, it could be an efficient way to make a smaller meal.
