So we are in the beginning phases of getting pool designs from three builders all reputable larger companies. As I've read on this site it is interesting how different each sales pitch can be. All are pretty similar so I'm going to list some differences for discussion.
I didn't not have all equipment specs yet
We have concrete and awnings already in some areas
We need to demo the backyard grass and landscape to add the pool

Builder 1
Recommended salt water and included it initial price
Does not do quartz plaster
4 line loop return
Size approximately 29ft by 16ft

VS pump 2.5
Quick skim Venturi skimmeleaf catcher
Essentially everything in an in floor cleaner without the pop up heads
Deck is concrete with epoxy spray covering

Builder 2
Recommended ozone and included it in initial price
Recommends quart and States it has 10 year warranty where the plaster only has one (all 3 builders have one year plaster warranty)
Size approximately 29ft by 16ft
Swim lane goes 29 foot length
VS pump 2.0
Deck is concrete with epoxy spray covering (I think this one is a little different than the rest though just not sure how but will get clarification)
Cleaner extra

Builder 3
Recommended inline chlorine tab feeder
Discourages salt due to corrosion
Recommended quartz and included it in price (I forgot to ask about warranty change)
Size approximately 29ft by 16ft
Swim lane goes 19 foot length
Sundeck and spa on the same side so swim area appears to be reduced even though all are approximately the same overall length and width
Includes roving cleaner
VS pump 3.0
Deck is concrete with epoxy spray covering
Didn't share any designs so no links to share
My thoughts
Salt seems the way to go, haven't seen much discussion about corrosion being an issue
I'm not certain about the benefits if quartz most discussions I've seen in here relates to the quartz application issues and not benefits other than coloring
Any additional thoughts would be appreciated
