2018: Fiberglass install uxbridge ointario

about 50' from light controller. it comes with a cheap little remote but also uses wifi when using the smart phone app. Once it is permanently mounted in the equipment shed I will set up wifi and use my app.
I have 3 of the PAL lights along the long side of my pool. The lights look awesome. However all I can say is good luck with the WiFi I've never gotten mine to work so I stick with the remote. It might be cheap looking but it does work. The app basically just simulates the remote.

Starting to like the cute little remote and to be honest, I doubt we will be changing the color much.

Thanks buddy.

So I have about 70' of retaining wall. I left 16' of wall to the end to allow for machine access. Problem is, we had that storm and got over a foot of snow/freezing rain. it is now melted but that 16' of trench was full of water which I pumped out. Then had to dig 1' of mud out until I hit hard ground. Then I backfilled with granular a. Problem is, the granular A is now like mush. as I compact it, water comes up.

I may have to get a machine back in here and dig it deeper and wider. May even have to pour concrete as a base so I dont have to wait a month for it to dry out. That stage of the process is holding me back.

hahahaha. pipes are all burried and extea just laying on top of backfill. What you see there, is the extra that will be run to the equipment shed then cut to length. How do I ban you from my thread. Too much work already. :)

Busy beaver...

Since my hobby is making you work & worry.
(Speaking of work, you are about 40 hours late!!!)

Why didnt you run pipes outside of deck??

I’d hate to see you have to hammer deck out & chase a leak..

Also, the deck is 10' wide on the side which has all the plumbing. Some of the pipe has to be under the deck. lol. Leaks are for the guy that buys this house in 30 years. He can worry about them.

So I have been playing with my water chemistry.

TA started off at 200ppm and I got it down to 100 with muriatic. ph is now at 7.2 thanks to my big bubbler. lol
Calcium Hardness is only 100ppm.
Salt is 3800ppm.. Oops, added too much. From everything I've read, it is not worth pumping some water out and adding fresh for the sake of 500ppm. Please correct me if I am wrong.
