Wrong day on ScreenLogic

I’m struggling with our ScreenLogic app. Our Pentair system displays the correct date and time (say Thursday, April 28 6:08p).

However, if I set a cleaning cycle for Thursday from 5p to 10p, nothing happens. However, if I set it for Tuesday from 5p to 10p, the cleaner turns on.

Why would there be a disconnect between the main system and the app and better yet, how do I adjust this so they are in sync?

What model EasyTouch system do you have?

ScreenLogic does not really know what day it is.. It just shows what is in the Easytouch.

Like you, I find your problem does not make sense on the surface..

I think I would try and set the EasyTouch so that it matches what is shown by ScreenLogic.. Assuming the two sync up, then I would reset the EasyTouch to the actual date and see if the problem goes away..

I would also double check the year as 2021.

How old is your EasyTouch? What is the firmware version of the ET software?
