I have an Ichlor 30 SCG and a WiOn model 50054 Outdoor WiFi Smart Box. Both are wired separately to a power source. The pump is wired directly to the smart box which controls the on and off times. The SCG remains powered on when the pump is off but no water is flowing through it. Pentair is saying that the pump and SCG must be wired so that both are turned off by the timer. I’m not sure this is really necessary but I need help to rewire this correctly to meet Pentair’s requirements. They are saying that I have a bad flow switch because it has been left powered on. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Is your pump set to 120V or 240V? Is the Ichlor 120V or 240V?
If they are both running on the same voltage you should be able to move the iChlor electrical feed from the electrical panel to the WiOn.

I think that's a bunch bull. If the water isn't flowing then it's sitting in the plumbing and doing the same thing it would be doing if it were working through the clock except for having power to one side of the switch at that point. The switch is in the open position as it was designed to do.

Both are running on the same voltage. I am not an electrician but can do basic wiring around a house. Attached is the wiring diagram for the WiOn Smart Box timer. It is confusing to me on how to wire two devices. Suggestions?

Yes, need to see current wiring of WiOn and SWG . Need to know what voltage they are.
Both the pump and SCG are running 240V. Attached is a photo of the WION current wiring to the pump. The SCG has a power center. Also attached is a photo of the current wiring for it.

NO1 and NO2 in the WiOn provide power to the pump. You need to move the power line into the SWG power center from the electrical panel into the WiOn and connect them to NO1 and NO2 also.
If you are not sure how to do that in a safe manner then you should get an electrician to do it.

That is easy enough but how are the remaining wires in the power center connected?

You don't touch the wires in the power center. You move the 240V feed connected to the electrical panel to the right of the power center and connect that to the WiOn.
