Hi
ive heard stories of spas ‘popping’ / lifting if they’re emptied of water.
my spa is half recessed into the ground, the other half above ground, it has blue stone pavers on around the top edges.
the spa has to be emptied to enable repair of blisters that have appeared in the fibreglass resin.
the repairer has advised that it’s fine to empty the water and that it will not pop.
is he right, or should I be asking for something in writing to cover me in case it does lift.... and destroy parts of the spa and all my paving...
