It says pentair on it. I have great WiFi connection on my phone at the site but when I try to connect to internet is says it can’t. Is the because the system is in service mode. Will this prevent the pairing?

Why not put it in AUTO and see.

Sure, the pump can run 24/7.

Show me a picture of the wireless antenna connected to your system.

The message is your panels inability to connect to your home WiFi network.

You have the 900 MHZ Wireless link. Your panel does not connect to your home network using WiFi. The outside transmitter connects to a box inside your house wired to your home network.

Ignore anything on the IntelliCenter panel that mentions WiFi.

Did you do Add New Account on the panel?

Put in your email, name, and password and press the check on the upper right. See if it asks for anything else. Give it the minimum they require.
