I’ve posted some chemistry questions here but first intellicenter question. I’m a new owner of a pool and spa business and learning every day, but still a ton to learn.
One of my techs installed an intellicenter upgrade to an easy touch panel, and at the same time, replaced a manifold on a heater and new motor to the pump. The customer wasn’t home so he couldn’t finish the wireless configuration.
According to my tech, he had programmed and set everything up on the intellicenter panel but just didn’t configure the WiFi.
The customer calls me today with two issues. First is the WiFi is not connected, naturally, and second is that on the intellicenter display, per customer, there is a “?” by the heater.
First question is, what could be the reasons for the “?” and potential ways to resolve.
Second, re WiFi connection, I’ve seen videos online that show the connection of the WiFi link antennas, and other videos show the system connecting to a standard wireless network. Will either way work?
And if anyone wants to make themselves available for some consulting tomorrow afternoon (12 mountain time), let me know!!
