White water mold/water balance issues

I have/had white water mold and have been battling getting rid of it day 4. I have shocked, brushed, scrubbed and vacuumed. I have not seen anymore floaters but now my numbers are out of whack and I am having trouble getting them back in line. I have a 20000 gal swp.
My last results are
FC .5
pH 6.2
TA 110
CH 170
CYA35
SALT 3100
TEMP 83
CSI -1.59
I am aerating now to bring up my ph. Combined with Muriatic acid to continue to bring the TA down. I can not hold any FC.
My pool is crystal clear.
what am I doing wrong or what am I missing?

I have a Taylor 2006 test kit. I have a Hayward t-9 turbo cell. Set at 100%. I also have been adding 4 lbs of 73% cal hypo for the last 2 days and my FC is 0.

Great. Do an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test tonight.

You need to keep adding chlorine, preferably of the fresh liquid variety, until chlorine starts to hold. Add enough to get your pool to SLAM level (16 for your CYA of 40). Test again after 30 minutes.
