I am GC'ing the deconstruction of the old pool and will start excavation of the new pool shortly. New pool will be 22x40x 4 1/2 deep with an infinity edge, tanning shelf and separate spa. All leading to a pool house whose details I am on as we speak. All equipment to fully automatic. Design is in process.
