Which SL Wireless Interface Kit do I need?

Hi, I am new here, looks like a great forum for sound advice. I have a 2.5 year old Pentair Intellitouch system, with wireless connectivity via WiFi to my iPhone via the SL App. It has stopped transmitting at the panel (no Tx light flashing, only the green power flashes). I need help finding which kit to purchase as a replacement. I do NOT have the high power transmitter. This was purchased and installed in 2021. I think it is the 522104, but I am not exactly sure. It also looks like it could be 522620. Any suggestions out there would be most appreciated. If it helps, the wireless transmitter outside and the indoor receiver both state Model QTS000LINK, indoor is also hooked to a Protocol Adapter. Do I need a new Protocol Adapter as well once I determine the proper kit? Thanks in advance folks!!!

Welcome to TFP.

Post pics of the boxes you have showing the various labels.

@ogdento knows how to fix that stuff.

doy,

The 522104 comes with inside and outside wireless transceivers, and a Protocol adapter.

The 522620 is just the inside and outside wireless transceivers.

The transceivers are a matched set, so both the inside and outside units must be replaced.

There is no reason to replace the protocol adapter.

Thanks,

Jim R.

I think you said the power led on the outdoor transceiver card was flashing? let's just make sure... the 3 leds from left to right are power, rx and tx.

if the power led alone is blinking then it's lost connectivity to the indoor module...

before assuming it's dead, the screenlogic wireless link has a 900MHz radio (902-928MHz) so I'm wondering if something new is interfering with it...
- have you made any changes or additions to any wireless devices in the home?
- the indoor unit has a label on the back indicating how far away objects should be... is there anything new blocking it?
- are you close to your neighbors (who may have made some change)?
- this is a hail mary but have you power cycled both devices? (these units use frequency hopping, and have to sync up with each other on start up... the indoor unit needs to lock onto the outdoor one, so i'm wondering if they need to re-establish that)
