Where to plug in a Jandy Aquapure salt cell into the control panel

Helping my neighbor troubleshoot his SWG. Found out the two spade connectors for the cord for the salt cell are hanging free, and at a glance didn’t see an obvious place on the control board where they connect. This means it was like that since he bought the house two years ago, and why as a first time pool owner he has been chasing his tail with chemistry woes. I realize if the cell was unplugged it is probably dead, but would like to try the free solution before the $950 solution.

Can someone point out the correct connections on the board?

Question partially solved. Turns out there was a second cord that was patched to the panel, but the cell had the dummy cord that lead to nowhere. But now of course is the “no flow” error. This is the sensor with a small controller near the panel. Is there a re-set option for this sensor I can try?

If I am seeing this right, the cell is the AP1400, which requires a jumper, bit the jumper is missing, which is the configuration for the AP700. Does that look correct? (Bottom of the mainboard)

And confirming the RO452400 is the 1400, not the 700? Basing that on the model number of the cell in the photo. So looks like a 1400 hooked up to board that was modified for the 700. Given there were two power cords in play, I suspect the original cell was a 700 and the previous owner upgraded to a 1400 cell. I will say there was a lot of calcium on that cell when we cleaned it off last night, so it was in use at some point as it looked. Can I put a new jumper in there? Looks like there was a resistor or something in the middle of that jumper. A specialized part? Or something I can fashion myself?

If the power interface board firmware is 02110A10 or 01220A15 use program A.

Change to program A.

It won't change from B currently. The electrical contacts for the cell where the cord plugs in has three contacts I am pretty certain. Is that what you are referring to? Going to check now. I'll take a photo under the white blocks.

It simply won't go to A when I do that. Tried multiple times.

Yes, that is the jumper.

If the module will not change to program A, then you might need a new Trisensor.

Is there a polarity to the plug for the pins? I reversed it as you can see in one of the latest photos, to see if there was a different result but it was exactly the same. It keeps defaulting to "no flow." Any ideas on how I can successfully switch the controller to program A if that is necessary?

My neighbor has never cleaned the cell until last night, as he didn't realize. I have read these sensors are notorious for failing. Wondering if his cell is dead too. Maybe he should just get a new cell and sensor replacement kit? Or should he try the sensor first, a la cart, then replace the cell later? I think there may be a cost savings for the kit.
