We already had a Roomba so when we got our pool our 10 yr old daughter immediately named the cleaner Poolba.

We have a Wanda the Whale. However my daughter calls her Rhonda. So we go with that.
Too funny. We call ours Jaws because if if the kids jump in with it, it always attacks.

WOW, I thought we were the only one's that had a pet name for the pool cleaner. LOL My wife named our's Avatar because of the tail.
Since we have the Paramount PCC2000 in-floor cleaning system, we call ours "The Invisible Man" as there is nothing to look at!
Funny, i thought my kids were the only ones to name the cleaner, but here i am posting on pg 6. Our 280's name Stewie for Stewie Griffen of Family Guy

My Barracuda MX5 is nicknamed "POS". It's actually an acronym . . .
I coined the nickname after going through $100 worth of replacement parts in the second season of ownership. He's up for adoption now. For free.

We have a Lil' Shark vacuum. Up until recently our cleaner never had a name. But our 2 year old has named it Bruce. Why Bruce you may ask? He LOVES Finding Nemo and that's the name of the shark in the movie. Actually ANY shark he sees is Bruce.

My present one. a random creepy crawley , is called Paco, after the catamaran captian on a day trip we took last year. Just ordered a Dolphin M500... no name yet..
We are calling our new Dolphin M500 "M5", if you are a Star Trek fan you understand!
