What’s this black stuff in my chlorine tank?

I recently installed a Stenner pump for bleach injection. Used an old tank I had lying around. I’m using 10% pool bleach from WalMart because my grocery is always out of regular 8.25% bleach.

Is the bleach degrading the tank maybe? Also, it started off a good yellow color When I poured it in, but I went away on an 8 day trip and when I got back it’s this color now. I poured in about 10 gallons when I left. It is injecting about 60 ounces per day into the pool.

Forgot to say, the tank is in my garage, but I am in South Texas and it’s hot already.
