What to use to repair fallen tiles

I have a waterline tile with 1"x2" little tiles. 3 consecutive ones fell off a couple of months ago.

I want to repair it; what do I need to use as mud? Is there a mud I can use that will not require me to drain water and wait for it to be dry before application?

UPDATE: After doing some googling; I think I'm going with this: E-Z Patch® 22 Neutral Cure 100% Silicone Rubber.

can I use the thin set as 'grout' as well? or have to buy that separately?
if the color was not of importance...
