What is liquid chlorine selection in Pool Math

My boy changed the setting on my pool math by accident and I want to add liquid chlorine I have 12.5% of Sodium hypochlorite and I'm not sure which selection to use in Pool Math? Strange there is no direct selection of liquid chlorine?

Bleach strength can vary. Just look at the concentration.
