What did you do to your pool today?

Looked at the week long forecast to see if the chance of freezing was present and got depressed. There is only one night through Thursday that will be above freezing. No early opening for me. I need to slam, but don't want to hook up the filter if it is going to be 20 degrees over night.

Hey all, this thread is a year old today, and I just wanted to say I've enjoyed and appreciate everyone's posts. I read them all, and really do enjoy everyone telling their story about what's going on, so thanks for sharing.

Basic stuff here today...testing, more Acid, and a touch of Chlorine, so nothin special.
 
Yep! It's a nice thread! Same here, a little acid, a little bleach. Ran the cleaner. Turned on the solar panels while the cleaner was on. Water went from 69 to 71.

I know it, and it's amazing. I can't think of anyone here I'd rather have ahead of me either. Suz is a really sweet Lady with a crazy cool pool!

I've really enjoyed this thread, learning a bit of what it's like to run a pool in America vs. here is Aus. It has made me humbly happy that I don't need to consider winterizing, but also feeling the gloat ebb as the envy begins to flood. So I bought a pool cleaner to play with. :)
 
I just wished the weather was warm enough to tinker with the pool.
